Pleasant and impeccably clean place, very helpful staff. Airy and compact units with good WiFi. Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a shopping mall. Great trip in this secure area.

The breakfast had plenty of food, like fresh bread, yoghourt, and cheese. Decent size units with good WiFi, and the staff were patient. The setting of hotel was nice and unbeatable, near shops.

The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, close to the airport, ferry from UK and a 15 minute ride from the port and the centre of Malianos. Besides, I explored Valle Real within walking distance of the hotel. Booked twin room, had a really great stay in the winter time. I had a fridge, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning in the room.

I stayed at Hotel Nueva Plaza for a few days while visiting family in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel really stood out, with fresh towels and sheets provided daily. The location was convenient, with buses right outside the hotel that took me to Santander in about 30 minutes. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The 24-hour WIFI was a great bonus, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. a great stay!

Overall had such great stay in the winter time. It had magnificent location, really close to the bar/restaurant and Santander center. It also was reasonably close to the airport.

The hotel's location was central, to a cafeteria where we had a very substantial meal. The staff members were amazingly nice and pleasant and suggested local places. We appreciated the room, it was cheap and spotlessly clean and complete with good WiFi.

There was something as shuttle to the airport missing.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the rooms were cheap and incredibly comfortable. Plus it had mountain view.

My recent stay at the Hotel Nueva Plaza was exceptional. The hotel's central location and proximity to the airport made it convenient for my overnight stopover. The hotel itself was basic but clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the supermarket opposite the hotel, which was handy for any last-minute essentials.

In terms of the room, although there weren't enough power sockets for phone chargers, it was still comfortable for a one-night stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the food served was good.

The small hotel was modern. Very helpful and patient staff all over the place. Well priced, decent size and airy rooms with good WiFi. Warm drinks and fresh bread, yoghourt and cheese. Nice location, secure area, near to Santander city / coast, Close to tram, and airport and motorway. A really comfortable way to end my trip.

The hotel had a convenient location, with easily accessible parking, which was a plus during busy holiday periods. The Wi-Fi provided was also very strong, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, which really made our Christmas stay feel special.

Although the staff was wonderful, we were disappointed to find that there were no tea/coffee making facilities provided in the room. the breakfast provided was rather basic and limited, with fresh food only being provided during a short window of time.
